supernanny vs mcleod's daughters

blogger was down yday which was why i didnt post my update. nothing much happened yday except that i had tis cha kway teow smell & look-alike "fried noodle with chicken" for lunch. yeah, thats what its called. nobody would ever think that dish would turn out to be cha kway teow. it was so funny...the way it was ordered. my other half insisted that i have something from tis shop cos he'll be having something and i know he feels bad that he's feasting while i feed on instant noodles. after his persuasion, i gave in & decided on tis dish which my ex-housemate had it before. i sent him to the shop without giving him a name of the dish cos i dont know what it was called. he was explaining to the guy taking his orders and then the chef came out. within seconds, customers in the shop all started staring at him. damm, is it so difficult to get the idea? they cooked the stuff for so many years (since 1999 where my other half came to syd for his studies) and they dont know???!!? sigh. anyway, it was fine by me since he was the one going through the confusion. hahaa... u guys must be wondering how the "noodle" went right? "E'WAS ORRIGHT" (haha...quoting randy jackson from american idol). kinda sweet though. they should go easy on the dark sauce. and of course, no cockles included in case u are wondering.

wednesday is always a boring day....in terms of tv programs. its the middle of the week and the weekend is still 2 days away...shouldnt the tv station put up some interesting programs so that we all have something to watch and look forward to? or m i the only one with tis idea cos everyone has programs and dates while i m the boring one who can only rely on the telly for entertainment? things sorta improved since last week. channel 9 decided to slot in "supernanny". the show was more than alright but it gave me the phobia of having kids. nothing u do is right...only when after supernanny showed her face & gave her tips.
http://abc.go.com/primetime/supernanny/ now that my wednesdays are starting to look up, "mcleod's daughters" is coming back next week and it's gonna replace supernanny. what the heck is going on? why is channel 9 toying with me?????????

my resourceful other half managed to find some articles from the internet regarding virgin mary at coogee beach i was talking abt the other day. now i feel like a sua-ku cos the matter happened in early 2003 and i know nothing abt since it must have been such a big hooha then. btw, i dont think the images look like virgin mary at all.

Combination picture shows a woman reaching to touch a fence post (image on right) that some Catholics believe appears as a likeness of the Virgin Mary at a lookout near Coogee beach in Sydney's eastern suburbs February 6, 2003. For more than a week devoted Sydney Catholics have been flocking to a vantage point about 300 metres (1,000 feet) from the small wooden fence which, when viewed at certain times each afternoon through squinted eyes (image on left), is believed to be a likeness of the Virgin Mary. Photo at left was deliberately shot out of focus to give an impression as if a person were squinting.
