there u go, our rice and the side dishes (always 5 of them. clockwise from left: white radish in kimchi sauce, potatoes in sweet soy sauce, fried bean sprouts-in-dont-know-what-sauce, kimchi, spring onion and sliced chilli egg pancake. kimchi is the resident side dish while the other 4 are different at times. hardly get the apple salad anymore '~'). u can jus imagine 2 of us stuffing ( o'.'o ) ourselves with beef and octopus (2 huge ones) and cabbages and onions and tofu and whatnot. we can hardly move after eating.

so we decided to take a stroll ard darling harbour. being a weekday nite, it was quiet and nice. dont know if it is us only or what, it is always windy and cold at darling harbour. somehow, it wasnt so today. so it was perfect, almost perfect (for absence of music).

from left:
cockle bay wharf (the whole stretch of it. wine and dine),
imax theatre (the one with yellow and black checkers), motorway (called western distributor) stretching across the front of imax. chinatown is behind imax, a short walk away. jus look at the beautiful reflections on the water.

from left:
sydney convention and exhibition centre (the building with a line of white words), then comes the entire stretch of harbourside shopping centre (wine and dine, shopping). behind harbourside is novotel hotel, the one that is outlined with lights.

while writing the captions for the pics, a sense of familarity hit me and i realised i've spoke of darling harbour for one time too many. i promise i shall not speak or show pics of min sok chon or darling harbour again.
