other half (OH) and i venture out to hurstville which we wanted to go some time ago but didnt make it cos there was track work remember? had lunch at an indonesian restaurant downstairs then made our way to central station to catch a train to hurstville. tis time round, we checked the cityrail webby to make sure there was no routine track work on the illawarra line, to spare ourselves yet another disappointment.

time table for the different lines. north shore, south, western, inner west, airport, etc. apparantly, the inner west line (newtown, croydon, homebush, etc) is suspended for track work.

yet another westfield shopping centre. there's at least one in a major suburb. what can i say? tis is the westfield conglomerate we're talking abt.
daily fortune supermarket.... so chessy but thats chinese i guess. who doesnt want fortune? haha.
jasmine tea, green tea, milk tea, with pearls without pearls. whatever that suits your taste.

reminds us of a typical furniture shop in singapore (in the neighbourhood).
done with hurstville. on the train platform heading back to central (its an interchange like city hall or raffles place).
tis screen displays all the stations where the train will stop. u gotto check to make sure the station u're going is listed, if not, wait for the next one. like tis one, it says limited stops.
had dinner and some jalan jalan at chinatown before heading home. were walking to the bus stop when we came across some funny tees.
had a looooong day. going to bed now. nitey nite.
