chill from concord

i think i got a chill from tis morning (went monitoring at concord hospital). it was so cold....brrrr...the moment i stepped out of my car, my hair stood on ends & i regretted not wearing a long sleeved top underneath my jacket. what seem like trivial stuff can trigger the cold and lotsa bed rest, which i cant afford. i need lemsip!!!
